1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this site and any paid engagement with RB Solutions ("we", "us"). By using the site or entering a paid engagement, you agree to these Terms. A signed engagement letter or proposal supersedes any conflict with these Terms.
2. Scope of services
We offer lead generation retainers, web scraping projects, and research reports. Scope and pricing for any paid engagement are set in the proposal or retainer agreement before work begins.
3. Payment
- Projects: 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery.
- Retainers: invoiced monthly in advance, net 7 terms.
- All amounts in USD. Invoices overdue more than 14 days pause ongoing work.
4. Deliverables and ownership
Once paid in full, all deliverables (CSVs, PDFs, scrape output) are yours. We retain the right to cite engagements in anonymized or approved case studies, and to retain aggregated, non-identifying metrics for the benchmarks page.
5. Free pilots
Pilots are offered with no payment and no commitment, subject to monthly slot availability. Deliverables from pilots are yours to keep. We are under no obligation to continue engagement beyond the pilot scope.
6. Acceptable use
You confirm that any target of a scraping or outreach engagement is one you are authorized to query or contact for a lawful business purpose. We will not bypass authentication, ignore robots.txt for prohibited paths, send messages prohibited by CAN-SPAM or GDPR, or process data you have no lawful basis to process.
7. Warranties and limits
Services are provided "as-is" with a good-faith effort to meet the scope of the proposal. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. a given reply rate or number of meetings), because those depend on factors outside our control. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid under that engagement in the 90 days preceding the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Any information you mark as confidential is treated as such and not shared outside the engagement, except where required by law. Mutual NDAs are available on request.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice. Accrued fees remain payable. Project work in progress may be terminated for convenience; fees paid are non-refundable for work already performed.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, without prejudice to consumer rights mandated by your local law.
