The spreadsheet became the business. We replace it.
Freight moving between two countries on emailed spreadsheets. A building billing utilities by hand. Bookings leaking to aggregators that take a cut of every stay. We build the system that runs the operation instead — and put it into production.

Automated QA with coverage gates
Every release is gated by a test suite that reports a pass/fail verdict and flags coverage drift — so shipping fast doesn't mean shipping broken.
Deterministic-first AI
AI where it helps, hard-coded rules where mistakes cost money — so the system cannot invent a price, a date, or a compliance answer.
Most teams can show you features. These two are what you rely on eighteen months in, when the system has to keep changing without breaking.

Cross-border cargo custody and tracking
Two offices on the Singapore–Manila corridor, moving thousands of consolidated customer packages by sea, ran on emailed spreadsheets re-keyed by hand and tracked on paper. We replaced that with one shared system: QR-driven custody scanning across seven stages, live tracking for customers, and photographic proof of delivery.
Dormitory leasing, front desk, and billing in one system
A 42-unit building running two businesses at once — nightly transient rooms and year-long residential leases with individual utility submeters — on spreadsheets and a paper logbook. We built one system covering public booking, front desk, housekeeping, billing and accounting.
Direct booking that takes the commission back
A private-pool villa resort was discovered on social media but booked through aggregators, paying a cut of every stay and negotiating each reservation by message. We built a site that converts that traffic directly — real availability, clear rates, payment and automatic confirmation.
Customs paperwork that prints exactly right
Customs declarations are filled by hand, over and over, by people who file the same details every week — and a printout that doesn't match the official form can be rejected at the counter. Form Pilot stores the data, and prints a sheet dimensioned to the millimetre.
An operating system for court-sports venues
Venue software stops at taking the booking. Court Prime carries on past the final point: every reservation triggers a court recording, and the player gets a shareable replay minutes later — turning a booking into something players send to each other.
